EXPERIENCE / BACKGROUND 

Briefly, we offer a very broad range of experience in the construction, homebuilding and remodeling fields, as outlined below.  And, our recent experience with some of the leading engineering and contracting firms in the North Dallas area assures you're dealing with a knowledgeable and reputable company.

• 13 years - Homebuilding / over 150 new homes built, from 950 sq. ft. to over 4,500 sq. ft.
• 7 years - Remodeling / bought, remodeled and sold old Victorian homes in McKinney, Texas
• 4 years - "Board drafting" our own plans for new home construction
• 9 years - AutoCAD drafting, school courses and contract drafting
• 5 years - Residential house plans, using AutoCAD
• 3 years - Commercial and residential plans, including HVAC and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, foundations and some structural plans
• 3 years - HVAC "Shop Drawings" - conversion of architectural plans into contractor shop drawings, as required on many government-funded projects
• 2 years - REScheck and COMcheck Energy Envelope compliance reports, as well as Texas Accessibility Standards compliance
