We are pleased to offer CAD drafting and construction services in the following fields:

RESIDENTIAL

House Plans - Standard plans include Floor Plan, Elevations, Electrical Plan and Roof Plan.  Additional plans (such as cabinet detail, foundation plans and so forth) are available on request.

Foundation Plans - Foundation plans are prepared in association with a structural engineer after you've gotten a Soils Engineer's inspection and report.

REScheck - Energy Envelope compliance and recommendations, as outlined by the U. S. Department of Energy.

Construction-Related Assistance - materials "take-off" lists can be produced; guidelines to working with your contractor; list of all the items you'll have to decide on and pick out for your new house; and other helpful guides and suggestions.

COMMERCIAL

Light Commercial - Floor plans, assistance with design (up to 10,000 sq. ft.

Foundation Plans - Slab, pier and beam, post-tensioned  --  whatever type of foundation you need.

MEP's - complete and thorough HVAC/Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing plans, including details, riser diagrams and so forth.

COMcheck - Energy Envelope compliance and recommendations, as outliined by the U. S. Department of Energy.

Texas Accessibility Standards - compliance report as well as recommendatins, including ADA requirements.
