Pricing and rate structure for drafting services vary greatly between providers.  We're not the cheapest around  --  but we offer excellent service at very fair rates!  You'll find our expertise and full range of services to be unequalled in East Texas!

RESIDENTIAL

Standard House Plans

      Includes floor plan, all     elevations, electrical and roof plan

• Prices start at $0.45 per square foot, under roof 

 Additional Plans

      Includes cabinet details, special construction, built-in details, foundation plans, etc.

• Prices vary, depending on service

Construction Assistance

      Includes materials lists, specifications, consultation, etc.

• Prices beginning at an additional $0.10 per sq. ft.

REScheck

• Compliance reports begin at $150.00 each

COMMERCIAL

MEP's, Foundation Plans, Shop Drawings, Etc.

• Rates apply at $35/hour     

COMcheck

• Compliance reports begin at $250.00 each

T.A.S.

• Texas Accessibility Standards compliance reports begin at $400.00 each
